  1. General

    Welcome to https://companydeals.in (the “Website”), owned and operated by M/s ADITYA GLOBAL TRADERS (collectively, “Company Deals,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website and any related services, including but not limited to:

    1. Posting and viewing listings of companies for sale by sellers to potential buyers;
    2. Facilitating Trademark No-Objection Certificates (“NOC”) from a seller to an interested buyer;
    3. Meeting platform for renting out properties suitable for company incorporation or GST registration; and
    4. Outsourcing of professional assignments, including CA, CS, CMA, Legal, Website Developers or other tasks.

     

    By accessing or using any part of our services (together, the “Service”), you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any future modifications. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to use or access the Service.

     

    2. Right to Amend, Update, or Change These Terms

    We may amend, update, or change these Terms from time to time for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. If we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above and post the revised Terms on our Website. Your continued use of the Website after the posting of such changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the changes, discontinue use of the Website.

     

    3. Website and Service Description

    Company Deals is an online meeting platform. We do not confirm or verify the details, authenticity, or legality of:

    1. Company listings posted by sellers (including any documents, financial statements, or licenses);
    2. Trademark NOC offers from trademark holders to potential buyers;
    3. Property details for rental or lease to those wanting space for incorporation or GST registration;
    4. Professional assignment outsourcing offers (CA, CS, CMA, Legal, MBA, Website developers).

     

    We merely facilitate the posting of listings by “Sellers” (individuals or entities offering any of the above items or services) and the viewing of such listings by “Buyers” (individuals or entities interested in purchasing or engaging these listings). All negotiations and final transactions are strictly between Buyers and Sellers. Company Deals does not guarantee any number of Buyers, any successful transaction, or any level of interest in a given listing.

    We reserve the right to change, update, suspend, improve, or discontinue any aspect of our Service, temporarily or permanently, at any time.

     

    4. Collection of Information

    When you register or create an account:

    1. Accurate Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information and promptly update it to remain current and complete.
    2. Account Security: You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, including passwords, and you are solely responsible for all activities under your account.
    3. Contact Consent: You consent to Company Deals contacting you via mobile, phone calls, SMS, email, or other means regarding inquiries, updates, or transactions related to the Service.
    4. Verification: If you are a Seller, you may be required to provide additional documentation to confirm ownership or authorization to list your entity or service. If you are a Buyer, you are responsible for conducting your own due diligence.
    5. Platform Fees: If you pay fees to list or to view seller details, those fees are subject to our policies on refunds, durations, and usage.

     

    5. Data Security

    We implement commercially reasonable measures to protect your personal information (such as name, email, mobile, phone number). However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, please notify us immediately.

    • No Storage of Sensitive Financial Data: We do not store banking details, credit card data, or government ID details (like PAN, Aadhaar, Social Security). Any payments made through our platform are handled by secure third-party payment processors.

     

    6. Information Sharing and Disclosure

    1. With Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party providers (e.g., hosting, analytics) to help operate our platform.
    2. As Required by Law: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, regulation, or court order.
    3. Protecting Rights and Property: We may disclose information if necessary to protect our rights or property or those of third parties.
    4. Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our assets, we may transfer user information as part of that transaction.

     

    7. Representations and Warranties

    By using our Website, you confirm:

    • Compliance: Your use of the Service is in accordance with these Terms, all applicable laws, and regulations.
    • Content Ownership: Any content you submit (listings, property descriptions, trademark NOC offers, professional assignments, or other data) is owned or duly authorized by you, and you grant us the right to display that content on the Website.

     

    7.1 Seller Confirmations

    1. Accuracy of Data: “I confirm that all information and documents I provide (about a company, trademark, property, or professional service) are true, accurate, and complete to the best of my knowledge. The platform does not verify these details, and I remain solely responsible for their accuracy.”
    2. Ownership & Authorization: “I confirm that I have the right and authority to list and sell the interest in the company, trademark, property rental availability, or professional service, and that doing so does not violate any laws or third-party rights.”
    3. Meeting Place Only: “I understand that Company Deals is a neutral platform and is not involved in the actual negotiation or transaction. The platform does not guarantee a minimum number of buyers or any successful deal.”
    4. No Guarantee of Buyer: “I acknowledge that the platform makes no promise regarding the number of interested buyers or whether any deal will conclude. I voluntarily list on the Website without any assurance of sale or transaction.”
    5. Liability & Indemnification: “I indemnify Company Deals from any claims arising out of my listing, the data provided, or any subsequent transaction or failure of a transaction.”
    6. Refund & Fees: “I understand that the platform fee is generally non-refundable once my listing is live, even if no transaction occurs. The listing remains active for 30 days, with an optional 15-day extension for an additional fee.”
    7. Data Sharing Consent: “I consent that upon Buyer interest and payment of the required fees, the Buyer may receive my name, email, and mobile, phone number.”
    8. Legal Compliance: “I confirm my listing is not fraudulent or illegal and complies with all laws. I will provide the Buyer with all documents needed under law to complete any transaction.”

     

    7.2 Buyer Confirmations

    1. Independent Verification: “I acknowledge the platform does not verify the authenticity or completeness of any Seller’s information or documents. I will conduct my own due diligence.”
    2. No Guarantee of Transaction: “I understand there is no guarantee that the Seller will proceed with a deal, even if I pay for the Seller’s contact information.”
    3. Limited Role: “I agree that Company Deals only shares basic details (name, email, mobile, phone) after payment and is not an agent, broker, or representative.”
    4. No Warranty on Data: “I understand the platform makes no warranties regarding the legality, accuracy, or reliability of the Seller’s data.”
    5. Assumption of Risk: “I assume all risk in any negotiation or purchase and agree that all deals are made at my discretion.”
    6. Liability & Indemnification: “I will hold the platform harmless from any claim, loss, or damage arising out of the deal. I acknowledge the platform is not liable for fraud, misrepresentation, or non-performance by the Seller.”
    7. No Claim for Non-Deal: “I will not seek a refund or hold the platform liable if the Seller fails to respond or refuses to complete a transaction after I have paid.”
    8. Data Sharing Consent: “I consent to the platform sharing my name, email, mobile and phone number with Sellers whose listings I pay to view.”

     

    8. Indemnification

    You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Company Deals, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, licensors, successors, and assigns, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

    • Your access or use of the Service;
    • Any false representation made by you;
    • Your breach of these Terms;
    • Any inaccuracy or defect in a listed company, trademark, property, or professional service, or the content you submit; or
    • Any dispute, alleged fraud, or non-performance by you (or with you) in a transaction.

     

    9. No Representations or Warranties

    Company Deals provides the Service (including Website content, user listings, data, and documents) strictly on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, or availability.

    We do not warrant that:

    • The Service or content will meet your requirements;
    • Any posted information or documentation is accurate or reliable;
    • Any transaction or negotiation will result in a successful deal.

     

    10. Limitation on Types of Damages and Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law:

    1. No Indirect Damages: Company Deals will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
    2. Aggregate Liability: In any event, Company Deals’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Company Deals for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.
    3. Some Jurisdictions: Certain jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

     

    11. Termination

    We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon such termination, you lose any right to use or access the Service.

    • Voluntary Termination: You may terminate your own account at any time by following the instructions on the Website.
    • Survival: Any provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, or other clauses that by their nature should survive termination, will survive.

     

    12. Proprietary Rights

    All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and any compiled data or software, is the proprietary property of Company Deals or its licensors, protected by intellectual property laws.

    • Restrictions: You may not modify, copy, distribute, frame, reproduce, republish, scrape, or transmit content from the Service without explicit permission.
    • Ownership of Data: As between you and Company Deals, any data generated or collected from your use of the Service is owned by Company Deals, subject to the Privacy Policy.

     

    13. Trademarks

    “Company Deals” and related marks, logos, and designs are trademarks or service marks of M/s ADITYA GLOBAL TRADERS. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right or license to use such trademarks without the owner’s express written permission.

     

    14. Listing Period & Refund Policy

    Fees paid for platform listing or contact details are generally non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in these Terms or our separate written policies. Any exceptions (if applicable) will be handled on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of Company Deals.

    1. Standard Listing Period & Fees: Covers a listing period of 2 months. Your listing will automatically be removed after 2 months. If you want to continue after this period, add your listing and pay the applicable fees again.
    2. Buyer Fees: Grants access to Sellers’ contact details. If the Seller does not respond or declines to transact, no refund will be provided.
    3. Processing Time: If a refund is approved, it may take up to 15 working days (or as stated in any applicable policy) to process.

     

    15. Privacy

    Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using our Service, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of information as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

     

    16. Governing Law

    These Terms and any disputes relating thereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts located in the jurisdiction of Bihar shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms.

     

    17. Disclaimer

    Company Deals does not warrant that the Website will be free from errors, viruses, or interruptions. You acknowledge that outages or delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including technical issues or internet infrastructure failures. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising out of such events.

     

    18. Miscellaneous

    1. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Company Deals regarding the subject matter.
    2. Severability: If any provision is deemed unenforceable, it will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, so the remaining provisions remain in full force.
    3. No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision.
    4. Assignment: Company Deals may assign these Terms or its rights/obligations to any affiliate or in connection with a merger or reorganization without your consent.
    5. Successors and Assigns: These Terms bind and inure to the benefit of you and Company Deals, and each party’s successors and permitted assigns.
